Welcome to Burger Theory!

We are excited to reveal a (roughly!) regular rotation of trading sites in the Adelaide CBD through to the end of March 2012.

Formally, this has been made possible by the Adelaide City Council's "Activating Adelaide" Pilot Program and its support of our vision for street food; and informally, by everyone who voted with their feet (and mouths!) in patronising our truck, "Pearl", in her inaugural year.

Below is an indication of where you will be able to find us through summer and into spring. Being a nomadic eatery, services are subject to change, so please check the calendar link (above right) for up-to-date times and locations.

Tuesdays: North Terrace (northern side)
in front of the University of Adelaide (starting February 14th)

Thursdays: Hindmarsh Square

Fridays - lunch: Leigh Street adjacent Coffee Branch

Fridays - dinner: corner of Ebenezer Place and Union Street
